GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information from individuals who live in the European Union (EU).
Lumeva handles personal data for purposes related to the business and will not disclose/forward your personal data to other companies, organizations or other private actors without your consent. Lumeva stores and processes personal data in Sweden.
Contact information (name, e-mail address, mobile number) is collected in direct contact with you as a private customer/company/association. This information is saved with the purpose of contacting you with information about future activities, offers, newsletters. Contact details are saved as long as you consent.
Customer/client information (name, address, personal identity number/corporate identity number) is entered on invoices and receipts and is thus stored in Lumeva's accounts. These are saved for as long as required by the Swedish Accounting Act.
- Lumeva is obliged to correct your personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
- You have the right to request a register extract in order to check what information is registered about you by Lumeva.
- You always have the right to withdraw your consent, which means that Lumeva must then stop sending you marketing or delete all your contact details. The easiest way to do this is by e-mail to the address: info@lumeva.se
